Join the Atlas Village Interdependent Collaborative (VIC) working with isolated seniors in the southeast region. We plan to do everything we can to reach out and share resources in the Greater Southeast Chicago community, specifically for isolated seniors.
Promotional material will be going to the printer soon. We want to make sure we include your organizations logo so if you haven’t already submitted your vendor or sponsorship form please do so before the meeting.
